5. การจัดซื้อและการยืนยัน

6.การชำระเงิน

Please read the Online Terms carefully before purchasing an online course and print out a copy of your record. By ordering a course online, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by the online terms.

4. Online Course Provider

4.1 Online courses provided by KAOORIGINAL.COM (hereinafter referred to as “Flower Tutorial”) were established in 2021.

4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to provide online courses related to clay work, also known as clay flowers. Including sculpturing dolls etc. from many teachers who are skilled and provide additional services that are good for students

4.3 We may appoint independent sub-contracts to assist in the provision of online courses or use a third party to arrange or provide certain aspects or services related to our online courses. You agree that our obligation to you is to exercise reasonable care in selecting competent independent subcontractors and third-party suppliers to provide appropriate services in connection with online courses. You agree that KAOORIGINAL is not responsible for the actions or omissions of such instructors or third-party suppliers.

4.4 “Course Fee” means the fee payable for an online course.

The cost of materials and equipment does not include any shipping charges payable on the delivery of the instructional materials, if applicable, and any additional import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

4.5 “Online Course Duration” means an online course for a reasonable and timely duration provided by an instructor.

4.6 “Online Learning Materials” means any material in electronic format which may be downloaded from the Website or accessed and viewed on the Website, unlimited any files.

5. Purchasing and Confirmation

5.1 “Online Course Purchase” You must provide the required information and pay the specified amount. You must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate.

Online course purchases are made only once per course. When you purchase an online course, you agree that the terms of this agreement are likely already pre-determined. You may be offered to purchase that online course according to the online requirements.

5.2 An Agreement that is binding on the Rules will be formed only once. We will accept your offer to purchase an online course by sending an order confirmation email that will provide you with a link to access the online course along with your login details (if applicable) and the information we will receive from you. (Or on your behalf) all course fees in cleared money.

5.3 You must check the details in the order confirmation email when you receive it. If there is an error, please contact us immediately at admin@flowertutorial.com

6.Payment

6.1 “Pay with PayPal” You will need a PayPay account. If you do not have a PayPal account, pay with credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit card as stated in PayPal.

6.2 “Bank Transfer” is to be transferred directly to our bank account at the account number specified in the payment. After the transfer is complete, send evidence to us via email or Facebook Chat.
